Our Story
It all started back in 2008 when Manjit started his real estate investing journey out of his parents basement in Canada.
After buying his first few properties, Manjit quickly realized his funds would deplete, and banks would stop lending.
Eighteen years later, Manjit has successfully acquired rentals, renovated, and sold over 143 properties by leveraging the power of OPM and locating discounted, off-market properties.

I created an online step by step course of how I personally invest that showed people how to do the things I did for them so they could get investors and good deals for themselves.
