It all started back in 2008 when Manjit started his real estate investing journey out of his parents basement in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
After buying his first few properties, Manjit quickly realized his funds would deplete, and banks would stop lending.
Sixteen years later, Manjit has successfully acquired rentals, renovated, and sold over 143 properties by leveraging the power of the Friends, Family, and Business Associates (FFBA) and Accredited Investor Exemptions. Manjit realized early on that to scale his real estate portfolio to over 10 properties annually, he needed to use other people's money (OPM) and credit (OPC).
As his business grew, he hired a team to handle acquisitions, recognizing that a solo approach and using his own resources were not scalable. Doing the work for clients didn’t help them scale, so Manjit thought: “What if I taught them how to invest like me?”.
I created an online step by step course of how i personally invest that showed people how to do the things I did for them so they could get investors and good deals for themselves. The content alone wasn’t enough; I had to provide group coaching and 1on1 support to keep them motivated and troubleshoot their issues.
The new model was a success; On top of running a successful real estate business, I scaled my e-commerce business as well doing one of the things I like talking about the most, real estate.
